Jerry Balmer

Under the general direction of the State Library of Iowa, this position supports the State Library of Iowa’s web presence including its primary website as well as the websites and email accounts associated with public libraries located all across the state of Iowa. This position manages all the software and hardware needed for the PLOW project.
